A lawn mower is a piece of grass-cutting equipment that is powered by a motor. It uses an onboard electric or gas engine to power the cutting blades. The blades are attached to a riding mechanism which sends them through the course of a lawn mower. They then cut the grass by moving the blades at a predetermined speed. When you need parts for your mower, consider Briggs and Stratton Parts and Go to Briggs Bits

There are two types of engine that can be found in most lawn mowers. One is the electric model and the other is the gasoline model. In the case of the electric mower the driver uses a cord to extend the drive chain and start the engine. A wire is attached to the battery so that it can be charged when needed. This type of lawn mower is a lot easier to start and use because all that is needed to plug it in is the battery. If it is cordless, it also has the advantage that it doesn’t need to have a spark plug installed.

The second type of engine is the gasoline-driven lawn mower. This type uses an internal combustion engine that burns gasoline to power the cutting blades. Some of these lawn mowers have a spark plug installed in case of an emergency. If you are considering purchasing one of these engines, it is suggested that some research is done on the model you are interested in so that you will know exactly how it works.
