How to Coach Kids in the Best Swimming Techniques

The first step in teaching your child how to swim is to get your child comfortable in the water. This means getting into the water with them and staying in the water with them. Initially, they may cry, but you can coax them into the pool by playing in the water or by offering toys. Later, you can slowly increase the distance between you and your child.
