When you sell products, one of your concerns may be home to ensure that they are protected when they are displayed on your shelves. You may not be too concerned about your low price items but the big ticket items that you have will need to be protected.
Here are a few ways that you can protect the products that you sell.
- Security Seal – this is a seal that is put on a product to protect it. They are usually linked to an alarm system that will be activated if the product is removed from your store or they may simply be seals that are impossible to break open to retrieve the item inside. Either way they are a great way to protect your high end products.
- Shop security – if you want to protect all the items in your store from threat then you may want to consider store wide security which may involve CCTV and a physical presence of security staff at the entrance to your business.
- Product location – in some stores the high risk items are often placed behind the counter or within easy eye line of the till staff to provide an extra deterrent to those looking to steal these items.
