Spring – If you are heading to Cheltenham in the Spring then it has to be for the main event – Gold Cup Week! The home of jump racing, Prestbury park hosts the much-anticipated racing event every year. The town is buzzing with activity and it’s a fantastic atmosphere not to be missed! If you are keen on having a flutter you may make your fortune, or you may prefer to enjoy all the events around the town and enjoy the festival atmosphere.

Summer – If you are visiting Cheltenham in the Summer then you will want to make the most of the great outdoors. Have a drink in the beer gardens and stroll around the town in full bloom. Cheltenham is the gateway to the Cotswolds so you can easily get to one of the pretty villages of the surrounding area, such as Bourton on the Water, Bibury or Cirencester.

Autumn- When the leaves start to fall, Cheltenham is host to one of the most popular festivals in the country – the literature festival. For book lovers, the Cheltenham literacy festival is a great opportunity to see some of their favourite authors and learn more about others. It is great for kids too as the festival and some parts of the town hold events for families, and many of them are free!
